I just wanted you to know what a great job your guys did on our heat pump project. They were here for 4 full days and I don’t think they ever stopped working to take a break! They were professional in every sense of the word and were always courteous and pleasant to my wife and i. They cleaned up completely and took extra care with all our property, inside and out. I would especially like to acknowledge both Darryl and Cory for the 1st class job they did from start to finish. You’ve got a couple of great employees in them. We've had to purchase a whole new air conditioner unit this year. The first gentleman that came out and checked everything and we ended up having to get a whole new system. Very nice man. They were very quick with getting it financed, while waiting on them to put the new unit in....they gave us 3 window units to use..(might I add...put them in the windows for us) until our new unit was put in. It only took them 2 days to get the new system in and the two gentlemen that came to our house was wonderful. They were very professional and answered all my questions. They seriously got the job done....it has worked well up until today....so I called and let them know what was going on...they called me right back and were out here in no time. The guy that came out was very professional and within a few minutes he knew what was wrong....the tape had came undone from he duct (not sure if that's how you spell it..lol). He contacted the two guys that came out and put it in and they came right on over and had it fixed within an hour!!! All I can say is they were all awesome and a job well done!!! Thank you all so much for the cold air again!!
